ComPas is a Netherlands-based edtech initiative that helps students bridge the gap between academic credentials and employability by showcasing and developing soft skills. I led the UX/UI design and development of a mobile-responsive platform where students can build profiles, receive feedback from teachers and coaches, and track progress in areas like problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
